Google the terms you are looking forpic2
A search for the cover of each ebook / module

Search images

copy/paste to Snag-it (Techsmith)
In snagit add the text you want
Also expand the canvas to make a binding
on the left hand side
Save the file as [name].frontcover.jpg

i.e.
Module 1: Setting Up Your Business
Module 2: Building Your Professional Network
Module 3: Free and Low Cost Marketing
Module 4: Negotiating With Sellers
Module 5: Assignments and Closings
Module 6: Marketing and Setting The Auto-Pilot
Module 7: Testing and Optimizing Your Business
Module 8: Enjoying Time, Money & Travel

Also in SnagIt, create the sidebar for your book
New image set to 641x495
type your text
remember the color is to match
Open file in Photoshop or Picnik.com
Crop

Purchase and open eCoverCreator and add the
images for each book you are creating.
Once you have the book built you can interchange
covers to build out your cirriculum
remove highlights and shadow to get the clearest picture
checkbox 'transparent background' before saving
save as [book name]-module#-book.jpg

Open in Picnik.com and do the following
Crop to the size desired
Sharpen to "38"
save to computer as [book name]-module#-book.jpg

Re-upload the new file to Picnik.com from your computer
(picnik does not let you save to their site directly)

Once all the files are saved, go to the Picnik.com home page
Create Collage
Use 4 up template for product pics
change to 2 rows
drag and drop by the order desired
0 for space, match the background that you want
43 for proportions
play with the spacing and the proportions until it looks right
Save file as [book name]-module#-final.jpg

Insert the "final.jpg" image to where it needs to go
in dreamweaver.

It might take a little longer than if you know Photoshop but you are all set to go for under $30 with this little bit of extra work.
